Midnight in full sun

I was out taking shots of my growing plants with a view to keeping a sort of video diary, when Midnight who was slumped across the chair seat taking up much more space than she should be able to, suddenly sat up and stared into the road, I am not sure what caught her eye as I was watching her, and I got this wonderful shot of her ears up and her focused and ready to spring into action.
