Last day of teaching

Last day and we took a class photo, which wasn’t appropriate to share, but the comment is! Lots of happy faces, they’ve worked hard.
Physio before work but it didn’t make much difference. After a slow walk and a painful stretch, I contacted the doctor. Got an appointment almost straight away and got a strong anti-inflammatory. No planning tonight as testing and marking tomorrow. The rest is needed.
