Vegan Bourbon Brick Brownies.

I picked up our daughter and a couple of her university friends from the station this afternoon.

We hadn’t seen Sophie and Ellie since they all graduated two years ago, so it was lovely to catch up with them.

They are both vegan, so we had a vegan meal, followed by some homemade brownies. ( Did you know that Bourbon Biscuits are accidentally vegan?). They were incredibly easy to make!
