Cool (chilly in my opinion) with heavy fog.  Extra you can see Karl the Fog as we head to the 92 and the drive to Half Moon Bay.

Upheaval on the roof replacement, the one owner who didn't attend (he never, ever does) the meeting is creating.  I was waiting for the other shoe to drop.
