Showing my brother the delights of Bedford on a glorious Saturday morning and we happened upon these - four sides of morris dancers, two from Hertfordshire and two from Bedfordshire. Each county was represented by one side of Border Morris dancers and one side of Cotswold Morris dancers. This image is the Border dancers from Hertfordshire. I love border morris but cannot be bothered with the others, who skip about waving hankerchiefs. My brother on the other hand has no time for either style, so we wasted no time watching them.
The plan is to go to the cinema on Sunday afternoon to see the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie. Like me, the brother loves Deadpool but knows nothing about Wolverine. D knows nothing about either of them so we spent Saturday evening at my flat watching DVDs in the hope it would help to enhance our enjoyment in the cinema tomorrow.
