Struggled in the heat to do 26 miles on the bike . . . gotta get ready . . . T starts his journey Norwich to Scarborough on Thursday . . . I meet him near Market Rasen a week today, hopefully. Couple of quick 50 mile days and home again . . . aaaargh !
