Mask at Sutton Hoo

Went over the Sutton Hoo on our way home -fascinating place and we had the benefit of an amazing tour guide who really brought the place to life. Certainly know a lot more now about the Anglo Saxons than I ever did before ! Incredible crafts work in gold and silver with precious stones.

This is a sculpture based on the famous Sutton Hoo mask.
