Early morning wander

Martin and I had a nice meander round the harbour early this morning before he went to work.

Afterwards, I ended up going into Edinburgh to go to Sainsbury’s to get some Nduja paste (a spicy spreadable pork sausage from Calabria, Italy), as our local Tesco up the road did not have it) for our recipe tonight which is all very traditional Italian. It’s so traditional, that we are even using casarecce pasta from Sicily. All this effort had better be worth it.
