Warwick Castle

Last nights events were great fun especially the headliners The Spooky Men’s Chorale so different beautiful singing with some hilarious numbers. Well worth seeing again.

This morning we visited the Mill Street gardens where this view of the castle is. They are only small gardens but very picturesque and on the edge of the river.

We then visited Leamington Spa for a completely different day. It’s a lovely town with large Georgian buildings and of course the famous old spa baths.
We returned to the festival in the evening. It’s certainly got an end of festival feel as stalls etc close down but the music events are still running so we enjoyed Ellie Gowers a very accomplished artist and then Breabach who had several performances joining in with them. They were also very good and entertaining with bagpipes and reels / dancing.

I will be sorry to leave but it’s been a wonderful time with my sister and her daughters and of course great music and entertainment.
