I wish I had a photograph of you

Look at these birds!

This is just a section of the sky which was full of gulls and some crows 

We were confused.  They weren't using thermals.  They were all flying. Quite frantically back and forward and up and down

I turned to the trusty Google and after giving her my description of what I was  seeing she advised me that this was birds swarming to eat a swarm of insects 

Amazing eh. 

It went on for about ten minutes
