Sweetcorn

The sweetcorn is looking good. A few more weeks and there will be something to harvest.

Picking, cooking and consuming within 20 mins is wonderful. The cobs keep their sweetness which is lost if they have been transported for miles and in a supermarket for days.

Can’t wait!!
