Recycling

My old (very old) running shoes are on their way out. 

So is the box which contained the new ones. 

Filling bins with rubbish (mostly green waste at his time of year) was one of the things I scraped together some energy for this afternoon. In fact it was lovely weather for sedate gardening like weeding and dead-heading. 

I will miss those old shoes.
