Seagull
Had a lazy morning followed by doing 1 load of laundry and then Lisa & I walked across the road to the BBQ and games they were having for the regatta weekend.
We each snagged a burger with grilled onions and had a look in the craft fair tent. Going to go by Myra Kent’s tomorrow and Lisa & I are both going to get some of her knitting.
The band (The Fattie Cutties) were quite good and played a real variety of music.
Ms McEwan gave Lisa & I a nice bunch of her lilies from her garden to take home to Mum.
On our way back to the house I saw this seagull sitting on one of Saverton’s chimney pots. I yelled at it that I wouldn’t mind if I was able to turn a knob and have a hot flame shoot up and toast his belly. He squawked and flew off in disgust. Suited me fine!
