Walked in to Shrewsbury town centre with my brother and his wife. Lured into the market where I had a coffee, my brother shopped at the butchers and his wife at the veg stall. Perfect combo!
I’m really liking Shrewsbury at the moment. When I was growing up nearby it was our go-to ‘big town’ for shopping and the cinema. But it lost its way for quite a few years. It’s back on it and the market is gem, along with a few interesting shops and pubs.
But it was only a short visit this time. Back in the car in the afternoon and 6 hour drive back home to Scotland.
