Something Different

It's so easy to take beautiful shots of the lake and the lovely boats, but this time, I was totally drawn to this cyclist going over one of the bridges in a big water feature in Ouchy. I found the reflection mesmerising and it seemed unimportant that I hadn't got the whole person in on the bridge, so that all the emphasis goes on the wavy reflection.

A trip over to Evian to see Jean and to help out with anything that needed doing: paperwork, a little shopping (a nearby supermaket is open on Sundays). I'd taken some fresh produce bought at the market in Lausanne and he has a ready-made supper and overnight oats prepared for tomorrow's breakfast!

It was so hot the whole day that I almost felt ill with a headache and burning face. I never get headaches. I drank masses of water, of course.
