which I think is a 'Brimstone' butterfly??

The first one I have managed to capture on camera this year!  Only 2 or 3 shots and he was off again.  This was the best :)

In the extra Charlie I think was complaining that I was trying to take her photograph :)  She was definitely talking to me :)

Cafe Church this morning which was a creative service - we made paper flowers - I didn't think to get my phone out and photograph them, but they were so easy.  We used 6 paper strips and layered them, then folded the outer end inwards, and stuck a sticky flower on the middle :)

Good to chat with friends there...

Home and a simple lunch for a hot day, then I've been catching up on the gymnastics and archery which I was looking at before church...

And I dozed, but I didn't want to - as I end up not sleeping at night when I need to then :(

Afterwards, I have been cutting back some huge 'berry bushes' that hang over my garden from behind and make such a mess - though they are pretty and I know the birds like them.  I've only cut them back to the fence and put them in my heap of weeds in the council paper sack for collection!

Now I'm just relaxing on the sofa and reading.  Actually feel quite tired which is annoying.  Here's hoping I don't fall asleep again...  Its really too hot in the garden for me as no shelter until after 5pm now, but not long to wait.:)

Back to the working week tomorrow - struggling to know what to wear as all my summer clothes are for the heat working from home, but they are very smart at work - will have to buy another summer dress I think.
