Easy Thermomix Shortbread biscuits

We have always enjoyed eating Walker’s Shortbread biscuits and up until recently were able to purchase them at our local Woolworths store. We are still able to get them at a local Foodland but I thought I would have a go at making some myself and see how they go.
Result is that they have turned out well and were quite easy to do.
