MrK's bday. Why did I not take any photos?? So this is from yesterday, although I did alot more work on the mosaic today too. Good job the Audley End trip couldn't happen after all really!
Finished it this afternoon. Just needs grouting. Went to school to make candy floss for the year6 leavers party to be told they weren't starting until 6pm! So I made enough for one bag each and left at 6.30. I got in just as FK had rung to wish his dad happy birthday so I managed a quick chat with him which was delightful. There's little signal, but he's having the time of his life. Quick shower to remove the sticky floss and out to Giggling Squid Thai for birthday treat. He's a wonderful man.
