Music night

At least a very frustrating day ended on a high. The music night at the village hall went down very well. The singer was very entertaining. This lady had to leave before the end. She said to Alan on her way out sorry I have to go and said he hadn't sung a certain song. He immediately said I'll do it now if you sing too. She had the best time and was so sweet; it made her night and ours too! She had been sat in her seat the whole evening dancing away. 
We have an amazing community. They had held me together all morning as I had been so frustrated trying to get my mum's discharge from hospital sorted. I was volunteering at the hall while trying to get some answers from the hospital. They kept on coming back with the same questions! She finally got home at 6pm, after 28 phone calls! I do not understand how the discharge team can take 24hours after a doctor has signed the discharge form to sort this when they are supposedly so short of beds! 
I nearly didn't go to the evening do as I felt so drained but I'm so pleased I did. My friends and community made me feel human again. I love them all.
