Double dip.

Morning dip. Coffee and catch up with Kate. 20min swim at Osea with Michelle and Yvonne. Crab sandwich at Tiptree tearooms after. Shopping and meatline. Continued Linda's mosaic. Try to organise park runs so I get another 4 in before Germany, then I can buy parkrun 25 purple tshirt. We talked about making a rainbow of colours. Spotted a jellyfish and a little black dog jumping like a gazelle! FK's data sheet came through. E in maths which is an improvement as well as outstanding aptitude and independent learning.
