Inspired

By the people that I have met today.
I tidied the campsite had a good breakfast and set off for an hours spin before Parkrun.
Just before the start a lady I had run and walked with a fortnight ago ran up and hugged me thanking me for the previous run we had done together, she had made a big step forward from the issues that were weighing her down and thanked me for helping. Would I accompany her again. We jogged and walked enabling her to enjoy the run with her family watching as they were all here on holiday for the week.
More hugs at the finish with a promise of a meet up this coming week before they returned to Norwich next weekend.
I rode to Appledore for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean to help with my broken skeleton before heading to Instow for a warm beverage and a bite to eat.
More interesting conversations with happy visitors and locals enjoying the warm sunshine.
Back to the campsite via Westleigh church which was locked but had an interesting cemetery surrounding it.
I helped settle in some new arrivals and in a particular a mother and son who were walking the entire south west coast path raising much needed money for a refuge where one of her former dear friend and colleague had the misfortune to find himself a resident.
A lovely evening chatting with her In Amadeus with a warm cup of tea before checking everyone was okay around the campsite.
