Arrival in Doune

Playing catchup after a wonderful week in Doune, Knoydart which A and I having been visiting for a week. Return trip after 5 years - this time without P who is in Botswana. Again took the train from North Berwick to Mallaig and the Gripper across to Doune.

Weather in Mallaig was awful - rain and wind which did not bode well for the week - little did we know. After arrival took in the surroundings and then meet fellow guests - nice blend of people of folks.

Walk to harbour after dinner and took a couple of snaps of red deer stags - very relaxed about our presence.
