Dodging the waves

Our great nephew and niece enjoying the beach today. 
Our son joined me for Parkrun today. A warm morning with v little wind... (very rare for our Parkrun!) He achieved his sub 19 minute target and I was equally pleased to be under 25 mins :)) We had a swim and breakfast before lots of family joined us incl our niece and family (from Norway)... 14 of us for lunch. Our niece and family are staying, so a visit to the beach and the playpark before pizza dinner.
