Gold Medal

A straggler from the Opening Ceremony of the Paris Olympics arrives back home in Stromness.  Although I went through to Kirkwall to work the early shift at the charity shop, I wasn’t required.  I’d even gone to the bother of having a shave.  Damn!  However my legs have never been smoother.  So I returned to base and continued Painting the hoose exterior.  Today I channelled Kandinsky*.  I went to meet CMC in Stromness off the evening ferry fae Hoy and we watched the Shopping Week Parade with Raymond and Jean.  All four representatives of the Edinburgh household were present.
