Border Onion Show

An early trip to Gala for Screwfix and B&Q bits and bobs. I notice we’re to get a B&Q in Tweedbank soon (5mins closer to home). I wonder if the Gala site will be sold for flats?

Owen arrived on time for the connecting bus, despite being out with his veterinarian chums last night in Embra. We had tickets for the Border Union Show in Kelso. Despite the weather doing its best to dampen spirits, we had a lovely day. The horsey stuff is always my favourite, although I think I might prefer donkeys. Some useful chats with stall holders for energy firms too.
