Hollyhocks

I’ve been having a lot of pain in my shoulder whenever I have to stretch my arm in recent weeks so thought I’d ring the doctors’ surgery this morning. Less than 3 hours later I was seen by their physiotherapist who carried out a detailed examination, made a diagnosis (impingement) and gave me a set of exercises to follow. Hooray for the NHS.

Otherwise, a normal Friday: Keep Fat for Tess and a bit more reorganising of the loft and Sophie’s bedroom.

This hollyhock is blooming beautifully in the back garden.
