Butterflies

A humid day, some breeze later, sun and cloud.

Had a lazy morning, breakfast and finished reading a book, couple of jobs and then coffee.  Took a book and some runner beans to my friend and then walked to K's, did some gardening and was hoping to see a Jersey Tiger moth which K had spotted in the garden, no sign of it whilst I was there!  Came home, had lunch and then we drove to the local nature reserve.  It was a wonderful afternoon, lots seen and many photos taken so a few extras! I had never seen a spider like this so had to look it up and also not sure which darter it was.  We met a man whilst there and he was telling us about the kestrels which had nested and produced young, later I saw this one in the tree but at quite a distance.  Had tea and still trying to catch up with blip, sorry
