Finished the Sugar Lake Triathlon in a tad over three hours
When he crossed the line there were 138 much younger people behind him

Bob is 89
He is ranked 12th in the US for triathletes 80 years and over
He competes in 5 to 8 triathlons each year

I told him that I would be back next year to compete and beat him
He said, "Have you ever seen a grown man cry?"
I paused
He said, "Get a mirror and get ready"
