"Big Jock knew"

As I photographed this, I had a feeling that there was more to it than simply a bit of a joke between friends. Having searched for only 30 seconds on Google I found the answer.

It's funny how we call on our leaders to stop their wars and hatred, yet on a local level we cannot live without having an enemy. Maybe our leaders are the same?
