The Goldfinch and the Nuthatch

Just playing with Musing's big lens a bit. Liked the colors. (the sunflower seeds look weird because there's red pepper mixed in to keep the raccoons away...)

Edit: the rest of the day: good row, studio projects in afternoon (the sat opera was gorgeous Donizetti's Lucia.). And then yummy dinner OUT ( 2nd for the week-how do I deserve this?) at C (blipper islandcat, sometimes-hopefully she will be back:-) ) and P's on the island -great to see and catch up! Lovely!!!
