Purple fields

On our way to the ranch, I asked hubby to stop briefly to take some pictures. I don’t know the name of these beautiful flowers but I’m glad we stopped. ;-)
The chickens survived their first night in the coop, they seem comfortable. We’ll check on them again tomorrow, hopefully the water and food containers are working well.
Hubby and I planted a few trees yesterday and they are looking good, I’m sure after the thunderstorms and heavy rains they will be very happy!
