Machiasport, Maine, Day 28

Our days in this old homestead are winding down, we’re going to miss the neighborhood. The six hour drive keeps us from being here as often as we would like , but we have loved spending July here in this old place loved by 6 generations.

For the Record,
This day came in with perfect weather. We spent the day cleaning, packing and doing some outside work. Tomorrow we’re going to Campobello Island for a celebration at the Roosevelt International Park.


All hands feeling sad about leaving soon.
