Hiding…

Sculpture by my mum, currently hiding behind tall grasses in my parents’ garden. A synonym for the current situation.
My mum is no longer actively sculpting. Another thing that thing dementia has taken from her. The disease is progressing so quickly. She no longer recognises me or her granddaughters (although still knows we are closely connected). My sister and I worry about dad, who is a fulltime carer now (but does not want it any other way).
