Friday evening at Grassmarket

Sometimes I just look around and a view of one side street, filled with a honey coloured evening light and old stone buildings , makes me feel good that I live in Edinburgh.

Then I get to the pub and pay 3.80 pounds for a pint of thin lager and my good feeling fades somewhat...
