Getting ready for visitors...

Our new sofa bed is being used for the first time over the next day or so. Our son-in-law's parents are visiting us for a few days at the end of their post - wedding Scottish holiday. We've had a grand evening toasting the newly-weds, again, with a bottle of left over bubbly, and sharing stories of Orkney and Plockton, two of our favourite places, places that they have got to know and enjoy over the last fortnight. I'm amazed that all their travelling has been by public transport - just shows what can be done with clever planning and determination.

The forecast is for another cracking day tomorrow, so maybe a wee drive is called for, to show off our beautiful Aberdeenshire coastline. On the other hand maybe a wee chill out in the garden would be a better option! It's getting late so I think I'll sleep on it and decide in the morning.
