The silence of the bells

This one was in the kitchen at Hampton Court Palace. Just as well it wasn’t rung, it looks like it could make a lot of noise.

TSM’s birthday, overcast and often wet (good job I bought her a new umbrella as one of her presents). On the low key side this year, inevitably, but still full of love. Happy birthday my lovely lady.

Good FaceTime in the evening with a rather sad TGR who has had to stop her hike on the Great Rockies Trail due to wildfires. The town of Jasper has been devastated.
