Summer is still here

It was very warm quite early so after swimming lessons I retreated to my bedroom. I left briefly for a very nice lunch cooked by MrRoly on the barbecue but hid away again to continue my siesta!

A quick trip into Truro with Clare, Sam and Bella followed - 2 dresses for me (size 16!) and Bella's wedding outfit!

We got home 6ish and I convinced MrRoly we should head to Swanpool for an ice cream and a swim. We were the last customers for the cafe so timed it to perfection. All of us went in although by the time I took this, Lily was turning blue so was drying out.

The ship on the horizon is Wind Surf, we saw her in the docks and she left Falmouth at 6. She looked really rather magnificent under sail - wish I'd taken my camera down with me now!

Home again and Life of Pi on the new telly with the big 2. A lovely end to a very gentle day!
