Smashing it!

Day two of our team meeting.

I had to juggle the agenda around and had discussed with my young padawan last night to get out what we wanted.

It went really well and we got some really good discussions going and some actions to take forward. One of the team said it was the best meeting we've had since we were formed properly last year.

I think everyone went away feeling energised. Good, because we've got a lot to deliver before the end of the year. We're going to smash it!

I promised you yesterday that I would capture the graphic recording that was taking place. How cool is this?
