En-plenair at Galleywood with MAC

A beautiful day for outdoor painting with the MAC. I did a pen and wash of the ancient church. Others went into the village. We all created something that we were pleased with. Then home made cakes, thanks to Jane and Jean - delicious - with lots of friendly chat and laughter.

Then Soul Runners - 300m repeats. The incline is much less of a burden now. I feel prepared for Saturday's pacing. Good to chat and catch up with Naomi and Phil.

Bad news - G has tested positive with covid. I am clear, so he is isolating.
