Reusing shipping containers

I've been seeing articles here and there about designing homes/offices/businesses in shipping container. I guess it is a "green" thing to do and they have the advantage of being steel, energy-efficient, affordable and storm-resistant.

I cam across this business in downtown Bellevue today in a converted shipping container. I still don't know what the business is but next time, I will check that out.
