Perfection
This is an experiment. I bought this beautiful loaf of sourdough from the market yesterday with the tip money we got while playing. The bakery is local called Cloudburst Bakery. I have a gluten intolerance and haven't had "real" bread for a long time. I've heard that sometimes sourdough can be digested easier and I've been having samples of this bread for the past couple markets. I haven't had any effects that I could feel. So I bought this loaf and have cut it up and frozen most of it. I will have a little slice of bread periodically and see how I do.
