Lantic Bay

Lovely walk from Lansallos to Lantic Bay along the coast then back inland. Started off dry but certainly didn't end that way. I was very brave and walked through a field of cows! It was either that or a long diversion in the pouring rain. 
Lovely roast at Trendaway for dinner.
