Sunflower.

Thought I’d better get a picture of my sunflower before it gets so heavy, and snaps off. We have a little neighbourhood competition with our sunflowers. I’m kind of in the lead at the moment, but I think the head will drop off soon!

Hayley rang to say she’d had an endoscopy today. This is from her Doctor’s visit last Thursday! GP said there was little chance of her getting an appointment, so he said he’d ask for advice. Yesterday she was messaged and asked if she could come in today for the procedure! She was quite panicked, and didn’t tell me because she knew I’d worry. She still has an area of inflammation, but otherwise looked ok. She will probably have a scan too. She’s certainly getting her use out of the NHS at the moment. Osteoarthritis still needs some help from someone, the physiotherapist said he’d probably be in trouble for referring her because the NHS was on its knees! Don’t understand that statement, especially with her diagnosis of severe osteoarthritis in her spine.
