Transport

It was a lovely hot day. We set off early this morning to brave the M1 and the M25. We were going to visit old friends of Igor in Surrey. The journey should have taken us less than two hours but actually took us more than three. This image might look like transport on the move but in fact it's four lanes of stationary traffic. There didn't appear to be any reason for it except, as the traffic reports would say, 'sheer volume of traffic'.

When we arrived we had a lovely woodland walk to a very nice pub for an excellent lunch so it was worth the journey.
