Arriving at the Col de Fenestral

Always a breathtaking experience! 

We were disappointed not to see any bouquetin near the hut. After a leisurely lunch inside the hut out of the cold north wind, we set off back down. I looked up at the skyline and the silhouette of a pair of horns appeared. Eventually there were 5 pairs as a group of these majestic animals looked down on us (4 in extra). One of those magic mountain moments.
