Major League Cricket

The Major League Cricket inaugural season playoffs and final are being played literally 10 miles from us in Grand Prairie so I bought tickets for Dan and I and we spent a really pleasant cool for Texas evening watching the Texas Super Kings play the Seattle Orcas. Right now the Texas team are bowling and have the Seattle team on the ropes a bit with them needing 10 runs an over to win - but anything can happen. The majority of the crowd are Indian and Pakistani and some of the players are top internationals from South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Sri Lanka - really good fun! I’ll pop back with the result but had to do my blip now as it will be late. Texas won - bowled and fielded very well - we left when it was obvious they were going to win easily.
