Eager Mouth

A red winged blackbird feeds one of her offspring, on the hoof, as it were. The recipient looks bigger than his mother and perhaps old enough to feed himself.

The sidelight was harsh and I didn't have time to adjust the shutter speed, so the image is a bit soft. But a tender moment, worthy of a capture.
