House Martins

TUESDAY

I spent most of the day out in the garden in the warm sunshine.

This afternoon the carpet fitter arrived with our new bedroom carpet. Tomorrow the new Ercol bedroom furniture is being delivered.

There are a number of house martins nesting in the vicinity including a pair on our next door neighbours' gable wall. There are at least two hungry chicks in there!
