Party in the park

The local council had organised a party in the park in which the council offices are there. There was a huge turnout.

I liked the spirit of this lady - all decked up in her finest to add to the festive cheer in spite of such a hot weather. She was very happy for me to take her picture while she was distributing leaflets about a local dance studio.
