Much ado….

A day of rushing aboot…and on a Sunday too!

A brief fair weather window permitted grass cutting, edging and some much needed weeding, relatives from the north visited near Edinburgh and then back home to prep Room 1 (sanding, filling and sugar soaping), ready for painting to start tomorrow.

I managed a quick couple of circuits of the village on my bike before tea but without much enthusiasm.

I collapsed into bed and barely read a page of my book before sleep took me.
